Pay your rent, HOA dues, utilities, application fees or security deposits using the PayLease mobile app. This secure application lets you view bills from your HOA or property management company and make a payment using a credit/debit card, an e-check or your PayPal account. Our AutoPay feature allows users to set up payments on a recurring basis to avoid late payments. Logging into the PayLease app is simple when you use your Gmail or Facebook credentials. Residents can also set up email notifications to receive reminders about when rent is due, or when a payment has been made. The PayLease mobile app is certified with the highest security certifications available to payment processors to ensure that your information is never at risk. Please note: PayLease is only available to residents of participating PayLease communities. Contact your property management company or HOA if you are unsure your community uses PayLease.
